"They are being bombed so don't know what its really like, but i oaid a lot to stay in a gotel where it was hard to get intk parking, find the person to check in and most of the facilities where closed. Should have been half the price i paid."

"Nice and relaxing hotel, however the room that I booked (junior suite) was supposed to be with a balcony. The pool was closed for renovation (no information about this on the website!). This hotel has 3 junior suites and only 1 has balcony. This is not advertised on the website. The service in the restaurant on the 6th floor is appalling: slow (45 minutes to deliver desert). Almost nobody speaks English, I can understand it is not a must, but this is not a 5 * hotel, merely a 3 star hotel."

"Lot of confusion with stuff : room was not ready and they could not find reservation, gave me different room. After moved me to an other room . Check out was terrible! They tried to charge me twice for the breakfast…Just to much hustle there , not good computerized! "

"Séjour pendant Covid-19 en Décembre. Points négatifs: Changements de préstations dûs au Covid pas indiqué sur site: Absence buffet petit-déjeuner, minibar. Pas de transfert aéroport- hotel. Chauffage insuffisant par température extérieure sous 0 dégrées. Quelques faux déclanchements alarme incendie. Les changements de préstations due au Covid devrait être indiquées sur le site, comme ca dure depuis un moment. Points positifs: Personnel aimable, serviable, parlant anglais, très bonne cuisine,...
